Min kubli dammuɗe cuuɗi amin diga naange mutaayi ngam e min kula wuyɓe.
Ɓikkon ɗuɗkon alii yahugo janngirde.
Ɓiɓɓe rewɓe diga ɓe famarɓe ɓe kuwani himɓe kuuɗe feere-feere.
Derke'en famarɓe ngaɗi ka yiilaago, nden woɓɓe feere kuwani himɓe gese.
To henndu ummake ɗereeji kubinaaɗi tokkay nder kowaali e nder lice leɗɗe.
Koo moye hubinta ko pusi koo toye.

To goɗɗo yaaɓiiɗum ɗum nawnaymo.
Sey nyalaande feere, wawru amin go'o yoori.

Ƴoogille amin e njooɗi meere, ndiyam walaa.
Sey Baaba amin tokkiti wuro amin fuu.

Mo humpiti himɓe ngara moftorde.
Himɓe kawti ley lekki mawki, ɓe keɗitii habaru maako.
Baaba amin ummii wi'i, "Ndikka kawten ko'e ngam wuro men yaha yeeso."
Ɓiɗɗo feere bi'eteeɗo Juuma ƴeeŋi dow lekki, mo wi'i mo wallay bee suɓtugo ɗereeji.
Debbo feere wi'i, "Rewɓe! Kawten ngam remugo gese meeɗen."
Gorko feere ummii wi'i, "Worɓe! Ngaree kawten ngasen wawru."
Min fuu min mbi'i bee hoore go'o, "En canjay joonde meeɗen, ngam njahen yeeso kisen fitinaaji."
