Maguru had given legs only to people.

2

Maguru decided to give legs to every animal.

3

The animals wanted legs to walk and run.

4

It was hard for them to crawl.

5

When the day came, different animals crawled to Maguru's house.

6

Maguru gave legs to animals and birds.

7

Some animals danced, while others fell down.

8

They said, "We will never crawl again."

9

Millipede was the last animal on the line.

10

Maguru gave Millipede all the remaining legs.

11

Millipede said happily, “I will move faster than others.”

12

After Millipede, Snake came begging, “Please give me some legs.”

13

Snake said to Maguru, "I over-slept."
